YMC-Pack C8 Biochromatography Columns
YMC-Pack C8 is one of YMC's most commonly used bonded phases and an excellent alternative to C18 slectivities. Due to its moderate hydrophobicity, retention times tend to be shorter than those for C18 phaes.
YMC-Pack C8 is suitable for a wide range of sample types including pharmaceuticals and biologicals with a relatively high hydrophobicity. A variety of pore sizes (120 Å, 200 Å and 300 Å) are available for peptide and protein applications.
